About Me

I offer adult psychotherapy, guiding clients through complex feelings and past experiences. When stress or trauma feels stuck in your body, I use trauma-informed somatic Counseling to help release tension. We also explore patterns with CBT. My goal is to create a supportive space for you to find lasting grounding and presence.

With CBT and body-centred trauma work guiding the process, sessions move at a steady, attuned pace where you decide the focus and I offer gentle structure.
