Mrs Aneesa Karodia

Licensed Educational Psychologist

At The Light Healing Sanctuary, we strive to provide a warm, professional service in a beautiful, calming space.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist and Licensed Educational Psychologist based in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. I help children and adolescents through psychological and diagnostic assessments and therapy for anxiety, addiction, and conduct issues. I also offer relationship counseling, mindfulness training, and Ukraine Aid support.

Approach

In my practice's calming space I guide sessions that are steady, collaborative and paced to each person's needs, helping families and young people move from overwhelm to clearer steps. Based in Pretoria, I offer in-person and online sessions in English so continuity continues between meetings. Work typically blends careful observation, brief practical tools, mindful grounding and collaborative goal-setting, with assessment findings shaping tailored strategies and simple between-session tasks. Those seeking pragmatic, compassionate support for anxiety, conduct or relationship strain often find this approach settling and useful.
