About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist based in City Center, Merseyside, UK. I provide diagnostic assessments to clarify diagnosis. I offer therapy for anxiety, OCD, life transitions and personal development.

Approach

I help people build practical skills and clearer thinking through a strengths-focused, problem-solving way that keeps everyday goals in view. Sessions take place in Liverpool or online, conducted in English, and are paced to your needs so we can work around life transitions, anxiety, OCD or low mood without rushing. Work is collaborative and concrete: short focused steps, gentle behavioural experiments, thought-mapping and reflective notes between meetings to track progress. This way suits people who want steady, manageable change and greater confidence.
