About Me
Approach
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” /C.G. Jung/
The quotation above is the most important of my practical philosophies. I believe and experience that by recognizing and accepting our boundaries, our needs and our strenghts, we are able to learn our potential and create positive impact in both in our lives and in our environment. I am confident that as humanity, our power is the ability of self-awareness or consciousness. By being able to mindfully explore ourselves and our often unconscious psychological mechanisms, we can take control and responsibility for our actions, rather than let our traumas, unknown patterns, behaviors or emotions, self-sabotaging processes or anxiety critically influence our most important decisions in life.
