Ms Amatullah Godiwala

Psychologist

I believe care should be accessible to all and should be tailored according to an individual's needs. I am a neurodivergent and queer-friendly therapist with experience working with adults as well as adolescent populations. My training requires working with trauma, mood disorders as well as neurodivergence.

About Me

As a neurodivergent and queer-friendly psychologist, I believe care should truly fit you. I welcome adults and adolescents, creating a space where your unique experiences are deeply understood. My training covers trauma, mood disorders, and neurodivergence. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs. We’ll collaborate closely, exploring challenges and finding practical ways forward that feel right for you.

Approach

To make care genuinely fit your life, I focus on practical, paced sessions that respect how you think and process. In my Mumbai practice and online, I offer conversations in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu, and we set a rhythm that feels manageable between sessions. Therapy blends reflective dialogue with straightforward strategies and occasional assessment moments so we can track what helps you most. This way of working often suits adolescents and adults who want clear, collaborative steps toward steadier mood and day-to-day functioning.
