Together we move from reflection to practical steps, exploring patterns with gentle curiosity and clear, manageable tools suited to your rhythm. In-person in Kempton Park or online, and in English, seTswana, isiXhosa or isiZulu, sessions balance focused conversation with short grounding practices and collaborative goal-setting. Between meetings I encourage small, doable exercises—mindful moments, brief behavioural experiments and written check-ins—to build new habits steadily. This approach suits adolescents and adults seeking steady, compassionate support to regain balance and daily wellbeing.
