Alun

Mr Alun Jones

CBT Psychotherapist

I help people who feel stressed, depressed, anxious, or perhaps a little bit lost and need some help to relax, feel more self-confident and balanced, and more able to cope and enjoy their life more happily. We can all feel down, depressed, and lost at times, but with gentleness, patience, and support it can be changed.

About Me

If you feel stressed, anxious, or a little lost, I offer a gentle, patient space. Here, we can explore what’s happening. We’ll work collaboratively, using a supportive approach to understand your thoughts and feelings. This helps you develop practical tools to manage difficulties and build self-confidence. My aim is to help you feel more balanced and able to enjoy life. It's about finding your way back to yourself.

Approach

When life feels overwhelming I work in short, steady steps that help you notice what’s keeping you stuck and try small, practical changes between sessions. In my London practice and online, in English, sessions move at your pace—focused, conversational, collaborative and rooted in mindful, evidence-informed tools—so we can test what helps and adjust quickly. I offer a mix of reflective listening, structured planning and simple exercises you can practise day-to-day. This approach suits adult men navigating anxiety, mood shifts or big life transitions.
