I am a registered Counseling Psychologist based in Doringkloof, Gauteng, South Africa. I work with individuals and parents on life transitions, anger, grief, stress, and burnout. I offer child psychology and diagnostic assessments and mindfulness sessions to develop clear coping skills.

Approach

I am in integrative therapist, meaning that I adapt my approach based on your needs as client. I have received training in psychodynamic, solution focused brief therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and person centred therapy.
