I offer a dedicated space for those who tirelessly support others. It's often challenging for helpers to prioritise their own well-being. I provide a setting where you can truly unwind and be yourself, free from judgment. Here, you'll find unconditional positive regard to help you process the unique stresses of your demanding work. My aim is to help you replenish your own well-being.

Approach

Centered on supporting those who support others, sessions move at a calm, attuned pace where you set the focus and I help hold it. I see people in Cincinnati and online, working in English with adolescents, adults and couples so practical life demands and shift-work rhythms are part of planning. We explore anxiety, burnout, mood shifts and grief with gentle tracking, short-term coping tools, and reflective check-ins between meetings when helpful. This approach tends to suit helpers seeking steady replenishment and clearer boundaries.
