Nas sessões combinamos experimentos comportamentais, reestruturação de pensamentos e exercícios de atenção para usar entre encontros — sempre com metas claras e revisão do que funciona. Essa forma de trabalhar costuma ser útil para quem vive preocupação excessiva, crises de pânico ou rituais que atrapalham.
