Mr Alan Bruce

Clinical Counselors

I can help you to make the most of who you are and eliminate self doubt and internal conflict arising from difficult experiences in the past to enjoy loving and being yourself more fully using all of your potential in the here and now.

About Me

I help you explore how past experiences might create self-doubt or internal conflict today. Together, we can gently release these burdens, so you can fully embrace who you are. My aim is for you to discover your true potential and enjoy a more authentic present. Clients find a supportive space to explore feelings and build lasting self-acceptance.

Approach

I help you turn awareness into steady change by combining attentive listening with gentle challenge so old patterns lose their grip and you make clearer choices. In my Newton Abbot practice and online, in English, I create a calm, predictable pace where we track what matters, name physical and emotional cues, and try small experiments between sessions. Work is collaborative and practical — exploring past hurts, building safer responses, and strengthening self-trust. This way suits people of different ages facing transitions, anxiety, relationship strain or the aftermath of abuse.
