About Me
If you feel out-of-synch, music therapy offers a unique way to explore your inner world. As an expat or someone with a cross-cultural identity, you might struggle to voice feelings like anxiety or disconnection. I guide clients through musical experiences to discover new rhythms for self-expression. This approach helps build meaningful relationships and find satisfaction. You can feel more grounded and truly in-synch with your life abroad.
Approach
When you bring feelings of disconnection or cultural drift to sessions, I meet you with sound, rhythm and gentle reflection to explore how those experiences live in your body and relationships. Working from New York and online in English, sessions move between active musical improvisation, guided listening and talk, paced to your comfort and life demands abroad. We shape short melodic or movement experiments you can try between meetings to notice shifts in mood, self-image and belonging. People facing relocation, identity shifts or persistent low mood often find this steady, embodied method helpful.
