Chartered Psychologist

An experienced and compassionate psychologist working with all ages. Working in mental health sector with various organisations and help people to overcome distress. You are not alone and we will get through difficult times together.

About Me

As a Chartered Psychologist, I offer compassionate support to people of all ages. My experience in various mental health settings allows me to help individuals find a way forward. We will work collaboratively to understand your unique challenges. You are not alone; I am here to guide you. Together, we can find ways to overcome distress with grounded support.

Approach

When distress feels overwhelming, I focus on practical, steady steps that make difficult moments more manageable and keep you involved in each decision. In sessions we move at a pace that suits you, using brief mindfulness, reflective questions and problem-focused planning to untangle anxiety, grief or relationship strain; between meetings I offer small exercises to practice new ways of responding. My approach is collaborative and grounded, and tends to suit people seeking clear, compassionate support through change.
