Psychotherapist (Gestalt)

I work with what feels most alive in you, your emotions, needs, and the ways you relate to the world. In Gestalt therapy, we do not seek to fix or label; instead, we explore together at your own pace, in genuine and meaningful connection.

About Me

I'm a certified Gestalt therapist, a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT) and the Polish Society of Gestalt Psychotherapy (PTPG). I completed my training at the Wielkopolska School of Gestalt Psychotherapy in Poznań, Poland. I work exclusively online, which means I can accompany you wherever you are. Over the years I've developed a particular understanding of the challenges that come with living as an emigrant or expat: the disorientation of building a new life far from home, navigating identity between cultures, and managing feelings of loneliness or loss that don't always have a name. I work with adults and young adults in individual therapy. My clients include people going through difficult life transitions, struggling with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, as well as those who simply feel something is off, but can't quite put their finger on what. I believe therapy works best when it's honest, unhurried, and rooted in real contact between two people.

Approach

My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, a humanistic, relational approach that focuses on what you are experiencing here and now: your emotions, body sensations, recurring patterns in relationships, and the ways you meet (or avoid) what life brings. Rather than focusing on diagnoses or working through a fixed protocol, I pay attention to what emerges between us in the session. I work without judgment and without ready-made answers. I believe that real change happens when you are able to meet yourself as you truly are, not as you "should" be. In practice, this means: • Slowing down and turning toward what you actually feel, not just what you think • Exploring recurring patterns in your relationships and reactions • Strengthening your sense of agency and contact with your own needs • Working with both emotions and body signals, not just words. Online sessions allow this work to happen in the space where you feel safest - your own home, your own chair, your own rhythm.
