About Me

As a Jungian Analyst, I provide a calm space for you to explore your inner world. I offer guidance for those seeking focused short-term support for a specific issue. For others, we can delve into deeper, open-ended analysis to understand underlying life patterns. This approach helps individuals make sense of their experiences, fostering lasting clarity and personal insight. My extensive experience allows for a grounded and collaborative partnership tailored to your pace.

Approach

With clients in both short and longer engagements, I attend to pace and pattern so each session feels measured and purposeful. In my London practice and online, in English or Polish, we explore feelings, life themes and imaginal material through attentive listening, reflective questions and occasional work with dreams or associations; between sessions I may suggest small experiments or notes to deepen awareness. The process is collaborative and steady, often helpful for those navigating transitions, relationship strains, loss or career shifts.
