Ms Aditee Ghate

Jungian Analyst

An experienced Jungian Analyst helping individuals address both the conscious as well as unconscious dimensions of their psyche.

About Me

As an experienced Jungian Analyst, I help individuals explore the conscious and unconscious dimensions of their psyche. This approach suits those seeking to understand their deeper self and life patterns. We work together to uncover hidden insights and make sense of complex feelings. This helps you understand what truly drives you. My aim is to support you in finding a clearer, more authentic path forward. Clients value this thoughtful, in-depth process for lasting personal growth.

Approach

Therapy with me focuses on listening for the stories beneath the surface and bringing those hidden patterns into clearer view. I offer sessions in English from Singapore and online, creating a steady, confidential space where reflections, dreams and memories can be attended to at a gentle pace. Using a psychodynamic lens, we track themes across sessions, gently connecting present struggles to past experiences with room for imagery and symbolic material to emerge. This way of working often suits adults seeking deeper self-knowledge and enduring change.
