I provide psychological assessment and treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and phobias, with a strong record of clinical effectiveness.

About Me

I am a highly sought-after clinical psychologist in Southwest Nigeria. I have completed several trainings, including Substance Use Disorder Prevention, Treatment and Recovery, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have treated thousands of clients over more than ten years of practice, with a reported success rate of over 95%, both in Nigeria and abroad, leading to numerous referrals. I primarily work with individuals but have also collaborated with organizations such as training institutes, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, and NGOs, with a proven record of excellence in treatment interventions across diverse psychopathologies. I am proficient in both online and face-to-face therapy, working with all population demographics.

Approach

With an understanding of individual differences in personality, perception, and interpretation of life events, I adapt my approach to suit each client’s uniqueness, using tailored, evidence-based methods to support the best possible outcomes. I work with an eclectic model, integrating approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), humanistic therapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), depending on client needs. This integrated approach is applied in the treatment of addictions, substance and behavioural issues, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, and other psychological conditions.
