Approach

I begin by mapping where you are and what matters most, then build a flexible plan we revise together every few sessions. Sessions mix focused listening, short skill-practice, and gentle experiments you can try between meetings to test new ways of relating to thoughts, sensations, and relationships. I track small shifts with simple measures so we can see progress, slow down when things feel intense, and bring in movement or imagery when words fall short. Expect steady collaboration and clear next steps.
