Adaeze Akubueze

Psychotherapist

I am a psychotherapist and couple's therapist with years of experience & I use a holistic and collaborative problem-solving approach in my practice. My goal is to work with you to navigate through life in a healthier way. I believe in creating a safe space for you, where you can take your mask off and be yourself.

About Me

I offer a safe space where you can truly be yourself. As a psychotherapist and couple's therapist, I partner collaboratively with you. We explore challenges, developing practical, holistic solutions together. This approach helps you navigate life’s complexities in a healthier way. If you are ready to unburden yourself and find new paths, I am here to support you.

Approach

I start by noticing what feels most urgent and shape sessions into steady, practical steps that honour your pace and values. I work with adults, couples and families in Lagos and online in English, keeping our time focused, grounded and collaborative. In session you’ll get careful listening, reflective feedback, communication exercises and stepwise plans for anxiety, grief, trauma or relationship strains, with brief between-session practices to test new responses. This approach tends to suit people seeking clear, compassionate structure as they make change.
