Mr Ace Chiheya

Counseling Psychologist

As a multilingual therapist, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for those navigating complex experiences and relationships. I take a holistic view, supporting you in gaining clarity and moving toward meaningful personal growth.

About Me

I'm a black African male psychologist in Sandton, Johannesburg. I offer a caring and thoughtful approach, helping you make sense of your challenges by drawing on CBT, Family Systems, and psychodynamic perspectives. Together, we can explore deeper patterns and find practical ways forward.

Approach

In our sessions, I balance curiosity with a clear sense of direction, paying attention to patterns, gently naming what feels stuck, and trying out small, practical changes. Our time together might include practical exercises, reflective conversations (sometimes drawing on family dynamics), and space to explore earlier experiences. I may also suggest simple readings or small tasks between sessions to help you notice shifts.
