In Cape Town I offer in-person and online sessions in English and Afrikaans, creating a predictable space where we focus on what matters now. Sessions are collaborative and practical — short experiments, values-focused reflection and clear check-ins — with gentle between-session tasks to embed change. This approach tends to suit people navigating loss, life shifts or strained relationships who want steady, usable progress.
