Miss Abigail Reeve

Registered Counselor

My name is Abigail Reeve. My passion for counselling came about when I realized we all have challenges in life and some of us need a little more help to cope with these challenges. Life is not about just surviving it is about thriving.

About Me

I understand that life often presents challenges, and sometimes we need a dedicated space to navigate them. My passion is to help you move beyond simply coping. I'll guide you to discover your inner resources and truly thrive. In our sessions, I offer a warm, supportive environment where we can gently explore your unique experiences. We'll work together to build practical strategies, helping you feel more resilient and capable as you move forward.

Approach

Thriving happens when we practice new responses in a safe, steady way that honours your pace and priorities. In Cape Town I offer in-person and online sessions in English and Afrikaans, creating a predictable space where we focus on what matters now. Sessions are collaborative and practical — short experiments, values-focused reflection and clear check-ins — with gentle between-session tasks to embed change. This approach tends to suit people navigating loss, life shifts or strained relationships who want steady, usable progress.
