Ms Aarohi Doshi

Psychologist

An experienced, trauma informed psychologist who works through the medium of creative arts (DMT, VAT) with couples, differently abled and occupational stress.

About Me

This experienced, trauma-informed psychologist guides individuals and couples through challenging experiences using creative arts. For those navigating occupational stress or living with different abilities, these sessions offer a unique way to explore feelings non-verbally. Engaging with techniques like visual arts therapy, clients can process trauma and find new perspectives. This approach is particularly helpful for anyone who struggles to articulate complex emotions, fostering deep understanding and resilience.

Approach

Using movement and image-making, sessions focus on how sensations and small gestures reveal what words cannot. In Pune and online I offer bilingual support in English, Gujarati, Hindi/Urdu and Marathi, working in a calm, studio-like space or via video so pace and privacy suit you. We alternate gentle movement, guided art-making and brief reflection to trace patterns tied to stress, relationships or developmental differences, with short, practical invitations between sessions. Those facing burnout, relationship strain or neurodiverse challenges often find this paced, embodied route helps clarify feelings and next steps.
