About Us
We are an art therapy organisation based in East Yorkshire, England. We offer psychological and diagnostic assessments, counselling, online therapy, wellness support, grief and loss work, and psychoeducation.
Approach
Working across many concerns with a specialism in grief, we focus on how people make sense of change through gentle creative work. From our East Yorkshire studio and through secure online sessions in English, appointments move at your pace—sometimes quiet art-making, sometimes reflective talking, with short reflective tasks between sessions when helpful. We use simple assessment and tailored psychoeducation to clarify next steps and track progress, collaborating so you feel contained and guided. This approach suits adults, couples and organisations looking for steady, practical support.
