About Me

Wayne supports individuals navigating challenges within educational, organisational, and creative arts settings. With over 20 years as a psychologist, he offers an empathetic Counseling style. Using evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), he helps clients develop practical tools. This approach empowers those seeking to build resilience and find clarity amidst workplace stress or creative blocks.

Approach

Sessions move between focused skill practice and reflective exploration, using ACT and CBT principles to keep work grounded and actionable. In my Sydney clinic and via online appointments we set clear, paced goals, then try small steps between meetings so insights translate into daily routines. I listen for values and performance patterns, gently challenging rigid thinking while teaching simple mindfulness and strategy techniques tailored to workplace pressures, creative blocks and burnout. This way of working suits adults seeking steady, practical change.
