About Me

I guide individuals through meaningful self-exploration, helping them recognize the deeper patterns that influence their well-being. Drawing on Jungian psychology, I offer a supportive space to explore dreams, emotions, symbols, and personal experience. This process encourages greater self-understanding and clarity. It can be especially helpful for people going through major life changes or working through challenges such as addiction. Together, we focus on lasting growth, healthier choices, and a more balanced, integrated sense of self.

Approach

Work moves at a reflective, steady pace, inviting attention to images, dreams, and the small repetitions that appear over time. From Glendale or online, I offer sessions in English, Czech, and Slovak, adjusting the rhythm to meet your needs. I pay close attention to dreams, shifts in mood, and relationship patterns, and I help connect symbolic material with everyday decisions. At times, I may suggest brief reflective exercises between sessions to try out new ways of being. Many people facing grief, anxiety, relationship strain, or addiction find this gentle, imaginal work grounding and supportive.
