In this non judgmental and unconditionally accepting space, I am here to acknowledge and celebrate your varied lived experiences and distinct perceptive. Therapy for me, is a partnership designed to unravel life’s complexities to create a path of seeking deeper understanding of one’s authentic self.
I recognize the unique complexity of human needs and behavior, and aim to provide individually tailored psychotherapy - making the therapeutic experience collaborative and empowering. Operating from a holistic and integrative lens, my practice is rooted in a person centered approach and borrows from cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic techniques.
I strive to assist in providing the space and resources which will aid in insight, growth and provide clarity to your vision and voice.

I'm a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of the EdM and MA Mental Health Counseling program at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York. I have worked in both, non profits and private practises in New York City for the past 4 years where I have had the privilege of working with a culturally diverse clientele.
My areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Relationships and Family Dynamics, Workplace Concerns, Grief and Loss and Migration/Cultural Identities. I provide counselling in both, English and Hindi.
