About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I provide counseling and online therapy for anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, cross-cultural stress, and relationship issues. I use practical strategies in a confidential, culturally aware setting.

I'm a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of the EdM and MA Mental Health Counseling program at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York. I have worked in both, non profits and private practises in New York City for the past 4 years where I have had the privilege of working with a culturally diverse clientele.

My areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Relationships and Family Dynamics, Workplace Concerns, Grief and Loss and Migration/Cultural Identities. I provide counselling in both, English and Hindi.
