Mrs Tamlyn Anderson

Clinical Psychologist

Clinical Psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, sexual health, FND, birth and attachment

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a supportive space. I help individuals navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, and FND. My specialisation also extends to sensitive areas, including sexual health, birth experiences, and attachment concerns. My approach helps you explore complex emotions and develop practical strategies for well-being. If you seek thoughtful support for these specific life areas, I can be a good match for your journey.

Approach

We begin by turning the conversations from Chapter 2 into practical steps you can try between sessions and topics we track together in session. In sessions we notice patterns in thoughts, body sensations and relationships, test small changes to daily routines, and practise ways of managing worry, difficult feelings or troubling memories so you can see what fits your life. I’ll regularly check how these changes affect your day-to-day choices and relationships and adjust our focus. This approach suits people who want steady, practical work on mood, anxiety, trauma or relationship patterns.
