About Me
Approach
I mostly practice person-centred therapy. The crux of this approach is that it is believed that you, the client, is the expert in your own life. My role consists in facilitating you to (re-)discover your resources.
However, at times, I might draw on other therapies such as CBT, Transational Analysis or existential therapy.
