Jeanette Ely Counselling

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

I offer confidential counselling sessions tailored to the individual needs of each client in a respectful and non-judgemental manner

About Me

I am a Therapist / Counsellor (Qualifying) based in Hook, Wokingham, England. I provide direct counselling to help you address abuse, anxiety, grief and loss, mood disorders, and relationship issues.

Approach

I work collaboratively to shape each session around your pace and priorities, creating a steady, contained space for exploring trauma, grief, anxiety and relationship pain. Based in Hampshire and offering online work in English, I blend gentle pacing with grounding techniques and attentive listening so you feel held and seen. We map patterns, test small practical steps between meetings, and name difficult feelings so suicidal thoughts, low mood or past abuse can be understood without overwhelm. This way of working suits those seeking focused, humane support through change.
