About Me

I offer a calm, understanding space for children and adolescents to explore their feelings. My aim is to help young people navigate challenges and build resilience. Therapy is tailored to each individual, fostering their unique voice. Online sessions provide a flexible, accessible option for families. This ensures support is available comfortably, wherever you are.

Approach

With children and adolescents I work alongside them, letting their interests guide how we explore worries and strengths. In my Durban practice and through English video sessions I build predictable, calm routines so nervous young people can settle and feel contained. Sessions use short, focused activities, gentle questions and play-based tasks, with simple between-session notes or small practice ideas to build coping and track progress. Families looking for steady, practical support with anxiety, trauma, school or career concerns often find this way of working helpful.
