As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist Registered (ATR), I offer unique pathways to understanding emotions and physical experiences. My approach is particularly suited for those navigating the loneliness of disconnection across different cultures, countries, or challenging life situations. I provide a supportive space to explore feelings, build resilience, and bridge gaps through creative expression. This helps individuals find belonging and authentic self-expression.

In my Simi Valley office or via secure online sessions I offer space in English or Spanish, and we often use movement, art and mindfulness practices to notice what the body and feelings are telling us between words.
