Basic Information

Services

I am pleased to introduce myself and my therapeutic services to you.

As an extensively experienced, international Counsellor, I provided mental health services in the UK for seven years before moving to Beijing, where I have continued both 1:1 and family therapy sessions. I now live and work in Bangkok, where I provide Counselling services, and deliver Conscious Parenting Workshops to diverse audiences, including international professionals and officials and families simply needing support and guidance.

Mental well-being is fundamental to all aspects of how we wish to flourish, yet it often remains overlooked as attention is prioritised on improving peoples exteriors.

Once you have taken that first and often most difficult step to seek the right emotional support for yourself, you can kick start your self-care and self-developmental process by allowing yourself time to pause, process, and begin finding understanding and acceptance for past pain experiences and traumas, and flourish on a journey of deep personal healing.

Becoming lighter but stronger by being kind to yourself by embarking on this life-enhancing therapeutic path, will allow you to feel understood and supported to overcome the many challenges, heartaches and life stressors which we experience. Offloading your challenges and implementing strategies, enables you to realign yourself, reach your fuller potential, and find a state of inner-peace and empowerment.

My positive client outcomes are demonstrative of my meticulous professionalism and the ethical standards applied to every client.

Being 'solution-focused' ensures that we will work together at your pace to create the best possible outcomes for you to set boundaries, heal, flourish, and design your own destiny.
