About Me
Approach
I make use of a Rogerian approach, that helps the client feel welcome and at ease. The client is the expert in their lives and I am merely a visitor allowed in by them.
The first session is mostly to get information from the client and to determine how best to assist the client.
Therapy goals are set with the help of the client in order for us to know what we are working towards.
Each client is different and unique, each client will be assisted with an approach that will be best suited to their needs. One approach will not always work with all clients and therefor each client deserves an approach that will work for them and give them the most out of therapy.
It is important to understand that therapy needs both professional and client to work together in order to achieve successful therapy
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
