Assessment belongs to a psychologist's training, and sits alongside therapy. Clinical, counselling and educational psychology are different training routes. Each route emphasises different work.

Titles you will see include Psicólogo (Col. Nº), Psicólogo General Sanitario and Especialista en Psicología Clínica. Search the register by name at Consejo General de la Psicología de España (COP). A current entry is that body's own published record of the person.
