I believe that the direction is no longer isolation, fear and staring at any physical ailment. The question is to understand how we have lived up to now and what was wrong.

It might sound a bit paradoxical, but all that we experience in the form of symptoms is actually a healing process in our bodies. The disease process is invisible, unfortunately. That's why we cause it, involuntarily. Currently, all the various manifestations of the body to this virus (Covid 19), i.e. reactions of our body when meeting it, which are mentioned in the media and social networks are a consequence of how we feel now, how we lived, what genetic information we carry in our cells, etc.

One thing is certain, the situation challenges us, which means that we cannot continue to live the way we used to. I believe that the direction is no longer isolation, fear and staring at any physical ailment. The question is to understand how we have lived up to now and what was wrong.

Just listen to how it sounds - Crown virus and Covid 19 (almost like the name of a king of infinite origin). I personally think that the idea is to go from carelessness and a Lord's complex to awareness and faith in the greater, a little more feeling for the relationship with others and a little more humility regarding our free will. To realize our limits and to take care of ourselves responsibly and with the idea of maintaining the balance of the planet. Many people have set out on this path for a long time, others need an external impetus, unfortunately. That is why even now there are people who are very scared and those who are calm (I do not mean those who deny the situation and believe in a conspiracy, this is more due to the lack of certain knowledge).

Those who are calm do not consider themselves invulnerable, but believe in self-care, believe in health as a way of life and not as something we think of only when we are sick and, last but not least, people, who are satisfied with the way they live and have found meaning in their lives. When you are happy with your life, you are not afraid that it may end at any moment, not that you want it, but you are not so worried. As the saying goes, "The bird is not afraid that the storm may break the branch on which it stands, because it relies on its wings, not the branch." There is a storm at the moment, the branches are breaking and each of us has to realize how strong are his/her wings.

And here is an even more concrete and pragmatic view. In each disease, there are several questions to ask ourselves in order to understand more about the overall situation (it will be different for each individual, not universal). Awareness is the path to treatment, awareness is in fact a good diagnosis, and full treatment needs quality diagnosis, it is the starting point. So, the questions are: What makes me sick? What does the disease prevent me from doing? Look at these two aspects and think about what information they carry about your lifestyle at the moment, is there anything you would like to change.

It would be wonderful if we could at least invest a little more energy in the development and promotion of health, instead of in a war with the germs. Storms are part of nature, old branches break, but are not always recognizable. Our wings, however, are part of us, we have the power to strengthen them. Let us commence our flight to a more conscious future!
