About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Gestalt therapist and supervisor practicing in Sofia Center, Bulgaria and online. I work with adults on personal development, addictions, life transitions, relationship and conduct issues, and grief and loss. I offer individual psychotherapy, family therapy, relationship counseling, and art therapy, working with movement and exirsises.

Approach

As a fundamental I am a gestalt therapist and a positive psychotherapist. I went through many specializations and trainings.

I also work with cognitive behavioral, positive psychotherapy, and neo-Reichian body psychotherapy.

I use different instruments from different modalitys that I was trained in. Everyone is unique and need something specific.
