What therapy costs in Mauritius
Mauritius runs psychiatric care as a decentralised service. The Ministry of Health and Wellness describes it as dispensed at the Brown Sequard Mental Health Care Centre. It also names the regional hospitals and some area and community health centres. Care in the public hospitals is free. Private practice is a separate market.
Psychologists there are registered by the Allied Health Professionals Council. The Council publishes its registration rules and its list. It publishes no scale of charges.
