As an experienced psychologist and CBT trainer, I integrate psychotherapeutic methods to foster understanding of thoughts and behaviours. We can also use psychological tests for deeper insight. My approach offers practical tools, tailored to your unique needs. Using assessment and focused CBT skills, I structure sessions to map current patterns and set small, achievable steps.
