Services
I love using deep approaches to healing, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. My training is also rooted in more traditional cognitive behavioural methods, including CBT, ACT and DBT. Clients can expect a flexible and creative blend of these methods, tailored to their unique needs to provide healing and self-discovery, as well as practical strategies for a more fulfilling life.
For professionals, I also also provide supervision, as well as consultation and training on providing gender-affirming care.
