As an integrative therapist, I offer a space where individual adults and adolescents feel truly seen. My queer, trans non-binary, disabled, and mixed-race identity informs my inclusive approach. We can compassionately explore identity, navigate attachment or general anxiety, and find practical ways to manage stress. I support you through perfectionism, neurodivergence, grief, and family conflict, fostering understanding and resilience in your unique journey.
Approach
In sessions I move at your pace, meeting questions of identity, attachment anxiety and perfectionism with curiosity, somatic tracking, and reflective dialogue that centers your experience. Working from my Oakland office or via English-language telehealth, we balance short-term skills—breathing, grounding, small behavioral experiments—with deeper psychodynamic exploration of relational patterns. You can expect collaborative pacing, practical homework when useful, and regular check-ins about what’s changing.
