Özge Eser

Clinical Psychologist

I have been supporting adults (aged 18 and over) in Turkish and English, for a better mental health, wellbeing and relationship with themselves and others.

About Me

I'm a psychologist practicing in Berlin and a full member of the German Association of Professional Psychologists (BDP). I have been running my private practice since October 2021 under clinical supervision, following the completion of my research and clinical internships. Having lived or trained across Turkey, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Germany, I have experienced firsthand the complexity of navigating different cultures and life transitions. These chapters have been the most enriching parts of my journey, teaching me that every person’s story is unique and to stay curious while honoring different experiences and ways of life. I work with many expats and warmly welcome anyone seeking evidence-based, compassionate support.

Approach

I mainly help adults with: •Anxiety, stress & overthinking •Shame, guilt & self-criticism •Difficult emotions & emotional regulation •Relationship difficulties •Building self-compassion and self-worth •Life transitions & crises
