Mrs Zenaida Kleiner

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Decolonizing bilingual Latinx/a Therapist specializing in intergenerational/trangenerational complex trauma, attachment, nature-focused strategies, and gut-brain interconnections from a decolonized lens. Honored to help.

About Me

I am honoured to help bilingual Latinx/a individuals navigate intergenerational and transgenerational complex trauma. We can explore attachment patterns through a decolonized lens, understanding how past experiences echo today. I integrate nature-focused strategies and consider gut-brain interconnections to support your well-being. This holistic approach offers a culturally responsive space, helping you find deeper healing and connection.

Approach

Centered in curiosity and attunement, therapy moves between body awareness, story-mapping and short, practical experiments that reconnect memory, breath and sensation to present choices. In my Simi Valley office I offer bilingual Spanish sessions that blend gentle somatic tracking with paced reflection, and I often suggest simple nature-based practices between visits to test shifts in stress and relationships. Sessions are collaborative and steady—we notice patterns, try small changes, and track what settles. People coping with inherited wounds, anxiety or relational strain tend to find this approach grounding.
