Rehabilitation Counselor

Verified

A certified TEAM CBT therapist ( level 2) and a rehabilitation counsellor (RCI licensed) who strives to strengthen the innate resources in individuals to enable them to deal with their issues and enjoy a healthy life.

About Me

I believe everyone holds an innate capacity for growth and well-being. I guide individuals in tapping into their personal strengths to navigate life's difficulties. We can explore effective techniques, such as specific cognitive tools from TEAM CBT, to help you manage challenges. This collaborative approach is ideal if you wish to build resilience and foster a healthier, more enjoyable life, drawing on your own inner resources.

Approach

I focus on practical, stepwise skill-building that helps you notice thoughts, feelings and behaviours and try gentle experiments between sessions. We identify one or two patterns to work on, practise structured strategies together, and set short, realistic tasks to try at home or school. I keep language simple and feedback direct so progress stays measurable and doable.
