Mr Zeballos Facundo Manuel

Licensed Psychologist

A 36-year-old Experienced (over 10 years of Clinical Experience) Psychologist who graduated from one of the top Universities in Argentina, working in Japan since 2020, at Nagoya International Center, with a wide variety of mental issues experienced by foreigners living in Japan as well as some Japanese nationals.

About Me

I help foreigners and Japanese nationals navigate the unique mental health challenges of living in Japan. With over a decade of clinical experience, including working at Nagoya International Centre since 2020, I understand the complexities of cultural adjustment and diverse emotional needs. My approach offers a supportive space to explore a wide variety of issues. Clients find my grounded perspective and extensive background helpful in finding clarity and moving forward.

Approach

When people come to therapy, we move quickly from listing symptoms to mapping how feelings and routines interact in daily life in Nagoya and beyond. Sessions in English or Spanish—in person or online—combine short check-ins, focused exploration, and practical steps paced to your needs. I use careful assessment, collaborative goal-setting, reflective feedback and tailored tools to address anxiety, trauma, developmental and adjustment challenges across ages, with brief between-session tasks to maintain momentum. Those who value practical, respectful collaboration tend to find this way of working helpful.
