Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a counselling psychologist with experience providing psychotherapy since 2022. I offer therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families, delivered both online and in-person, depending on client needs and preferences. I aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space while helping individuals navigate life’s challenges.

About Me

I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I have experience working in clinical settings, a rehabilitation centre, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support clients with a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, interpersonal challenges, addiction, and stress. I also provide career counselling and assist with personal development. My approach is grounded primarily in psychodynamic therapy, while thoughtfully integrating evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Approach

My approach is psychodynamically informed, meaning I help clients understand how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may be influencing their current emotions, thoughts, and behaviour. Together, we explore deeper emotional themes, recurring challenges, and relationship patterns to build insight, healing, and meaningful change. I also integrate evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
