About Me

I help children and teens navigate their academic and emotional challenges. Drawing on my experience as an educational psychologist and mental health counsellor, I provide a supportive space. We develop practical coping skills and learning strategies for common issues like school stress or social anxiety. My aim is to empower young people to build confidence and thrive academically and personally.

Approach

Rather than only exploring worries, I focus on practical steps we can try together to improve school functioning and emotional regulation. In Lagos or online in English, sessions feel structured and collaborative — paced to suit each young person and their caregiver, with time for reflection and planning. We use brief assessments, clear goal-setting, role-play and short between-session tasks to track small changes and build confident routines.
