About Me

I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist in Table View, Western Cape, South Africa. I treat life transitions, anger, grief and loss, mood disorders, and phobias. I use Brain Working Recursive Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialetical Behaviour Therapy.

Approach

Based on the client's specific needs and concerns, we work together to find the best way to help you through this difficult time. The therapeutic frameworks I use are: schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, brain-working recursive therapy and person-centred therapy.
