Mrs Zaifa Sayyed

Counseling Psychologist

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults. I believe in empowering my clients by focusing on their strengths and help them become independent and improve their mental health. I use CBT, Mindfulness, DBT and EFT in my therapeutic approach for treatment.

About Me

I support children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. Together, we focus on your unique strengths, helping you build confidence and find your own path to independence. Using practical tools like Mindfulness, we can explore ways to manage feelings and improve overall mental well-being. This collaborative approach helps you feel more in control and better equipped for the future.

Approach

Enjoying work with young people shapes how I guide each session: practical, steady and collaborative, with room for curiosity and small experiments. In-person in Navi Mumbai or online, I offer sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu and Tamil so you can work in the language that feels most natural. We use brief, hands-on practices—thought exercises, grounding and paced emotion work—then try short reflections between meetings to build confidence and momentum. This way often suits adolescents and young adults looking for clear, doable change.
