Licensed Professional Counselor

Psychotherapist, EMDR, AF-EMDR. Dually licensed as a counselor and dietitian

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Hillsboro, Oregon. I treat adults facing anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, chronic illness, and men's issues. I provide individual counseling, EMDR, and clinical supervision.

Approach

I blend trauma-focused processing with attention to bodily signals and eating patterns, helping separate threads of experience come into clearer view. In my Hillsboro office and via secure telehealth, in English or Ukrainian, sessions are steady and paced to your tolerance, with space for curiosity and safety. We pair bilateral processing with reflective, exploratory dialogue, tracking mood and chronic illness symptoms while trying small, practical experiments between sessions. People facing anxiety, mood shifts, chronic illness, or life transitions often find this integrated, pragmatic way of working helpful.
