Miss Yandiswa Tinus, BPsych

Registered Counselor

I am an experienced Registered Counsellor who provides short to medium term counselling to clients of all ages, races & cultural background.

About Me

I aim to provide a welcoming, confidential space where you can gently explore what’s on your mind. Whatever your age or background, I offer grounded support to help you navigate current challenges. We can work together to make sense of difficult feelings, developing practical ways forward. Clients often appreciate finding a safe place to be heard, gaining clarity and new perspectives.

Approach

With experience supporting clients of all ages and cultures, I focus on practical, gentle ways to untangle what feels stuck and to build small, manageable steps forward. Sessions move at your pace—sometimes quiet and reflective, sometimes active problem-solving—with room to use talk, brief skill-practice or information I share to help you cope between meetings. I offer in-person and online appointments in English, Sesotho or isiXhosa, and I check in about progress so our work stays relevant. This approach suits people seeking clear support through life changes, trauma or relationship strain.
